To whom it may concern,
I apologize for imposing this letter on you, but I would like to ask for a moment of your time. You may have reources which likes leads which I can provide.
My name is Mark DeSimone. DOB 9/10/1976,if you need to find my name in your database.
I ask that you give me a chance, which I am often not given, based on the title imposed by my wife, Maria Isabel Williams.
My wife reported me to MCES, a private mental health hospital, and her testimony made on 1:38 PM on 6/13/2023, should be reviewed.
My wife had help though, with these calls.
These calls with Brittan seem like she is coaching her on statements that should be, easier if true, right?
I guess Brittany R Nutter has to be added to the list of people that spoke on my behalf.
Then we have the unnamed lawyer, who I dare not say his name, or else he may feel like that is a threat. His sensitive judgement is part of my Section 302.
His name will forever be part of this story, but I will always ensure never to say his name, but I will show a screenshot of his profile from his work.
 and MCES, of course who approved this crowded Section 302.
All that work, of people speaking on my behalf, to get the title of mentally illness shows an incredible amount of effort, almost as much as my wife spent with identity theft.
653 times my wife has lied, to the amount was $55,218, all in my name.
This is the signature on my Section 302, approved by MCES, assisted by Brittany R Nutter, with a letter from a lawyer who feels danger from 1 word, "Obituary."
There is irony about the June 13, 2023.
My wife gets the text to say that her login she created is no longer working.
I downloaded the call logs since I once was a data analyst. I created reports to apprehend thieves which stole phones with hidden GPS.
I think i can do the same against Maria Isabel Williams, who didn't have a high opinion of me, which was a title I didn't mind either.
But what if I told you, that Maraia Isabel Williams had outside council for her calls with MCES?
And who is Brittany R Nutter, a Jehovah's Witness, as was my wife on 6/6/23, and as is Maria Smoot, the mother of all mothers.
Maria Smoot is pretty interesting mother-in-law.
She raised both Maria Isabel Williams and Marcus E Nix, and I see a lot her in them.
There are three sources who you can confirm my credibility.
My wife, Maria Isabel Williams, which has already made statements, and most likely will not be truthful.
MCES accepted the testimony of my wife and approved a Section 302 application, signed by Maria Isabel Williams.
I am not sure if MCES will be motivated to be honest with my credibility, since they might be worried about a lawsuit. They shouldn't worry, I won't sue nor ever say anything untrue about MCES.
Finally the attorney down below, who can confirm how threatening I am.
I can't really say his name since he is very senstitive, however, his written words were used in my Section 302.
It's main focue was over 1 word I wrote, "Obituary" (which is not towards the lawyer down below. Please see attached copy of what I mean by the word "Obituary", which the attorney was given. You never know with this attorney, he can create anything to mean a threat in my opinion, which the BAR Association should review, of how an opinion he had was so inccorect. Please review this attorney's work if you have time, if not, no worries. just thought you guys should know what this attorney did to me, based off 1 word I wrote.)

So how could so many things go so wrong, over a title, to give me the title of mentally ill?

Fraud is how they run, and it not as harmless as you would think.

I am not going to tear down her character, nor do I wish anyone to judge her or her family.
They bring harm, the ones I name, since Maria Isabel Williams and Marcus E Nix'spast points in the direction of a fraud ring.
When Marcus E Nix was caught, my wife never stopped with scamming, she just changed it to her husbands.
Justin L Byrd had to file for bankruptyc before her marraige to me. That one was joint.
, so she had tot ake classes.
I had to file for $125k bankruptcy, with the debt she incurred with te purchases below, along with the $56,00 loans, whic went to her bank account.
I know my wife. I didn't know she was using my card since she had her own account, which she opened. The purchases she made, she will hide behind that he beneiftted with those vacations.
I never made or scheduled them, and she is an adult. If she had the money, she can do it.

I think of fraud as fire. A lie that spreads out of control, until the one that sets it, can no longer control themselves. My wife couldn't stop shopping with those cards while I was hiding from her. Does that seem like a concerned wife trying to help her husband , or someone who practices identity theft addicted to buying.
Fraud is a hazardous profession, expecially if you can't explain the use of all that money, which were paid in loans in my name. About $56,000, all that went into her bank account.
Fire is understood by those burned. As one who was burned, fire cannot defeat fire.
It can be tempered with humor and tragic truth.
I am not mad at her, at her family, or even Marcus E Nix, the raresest of boss I ever worked for. He can't pass an audit to his business, not even the number of employees.
