Sister Myra

If you ever met Myra in real life, you would find her awkward at first, but after a few minutes with her, you would finally figure out why she is the way she is.

She was sincere. That is what made her so special.

Sincerity is a rare trait to find among adults. You see it in children, but not so much once they grow up.

To try your best, despite not getting anything in return, is a concept that is foreign in the conditional environment we live in.

In the land with faith, the one who has faith carries the kingdom.

Sincerity is just another word for unconditional, and that was Myra to me.

She did an unconditional act on May 27, 2023.

Myra went through a lot of pain to come see me before she had to return to the hospital. She would die two days later.

She didn't tell me she was leaving, nor did she say goodbye.

Myra Williams only said, "I hope you know brother, I love you very much."

I didn't know her well, but an act of kindness should always be repaid.

I think she gave me that hug to return a kindness I did towards her.

She and I wer similar.

I asked her while she once, "What will you do with your time once you beat the cancer?"

She replied, "I want to be closer to God, and thank him for his blessing."
