Life is lived forward,

but experiences are understood backwards

The Truth of Self,

the beliefs one holds,

guide through life,

proven by action,

tested by repetition.

It is the contrasts that reveal,

reflections of opposites,

which bring clarity to both.

Self

To Be reveals I am

Never allow another to doubt yourself, accept it as an opinion you doubt yourself

Accept and gain control of Self, resist and tempt losing Self.

Ignorance is bliss, but not for Self.

Accept everything, expect nothing outside of Self

Expect the Best, accept yourself with Self

Compare relative to yourself, follow your Self through all things.

When no one believes in you,

don’t ever let that keep you down

Get back up

It teaches you that you don’t need anyone to believe

The belief from within is what keeps you from staying down

The belief earned from getting back up,

is what keeps the belief in Self strong

Never beg, it gives too much power to the one you need to beg to.

Stand up and learn to not to beg by figuring it out on your own.

Begging is not worthy of Self.

Experience giving your Best,

your unconditional to others.

Once proven outside of Self.

it can be given within.

Accept everything, expect nothing

Have the strength to face uncertainty about Self.

Find the Truth of Self from experience and environment.

Judge yourself truly.

First is the Belief in Self

Beliefs has to be earned

Sincerity is consistent, insincerity is conditional

Genuine and fake are separated by one's own perspective

Appearances are meant to deceive, especially when it comes to Trust

Learn to Trust Oneself by being Trustworthy to Others.

Some learn Trust by being untrustworthy to Oneself and Others.

Whatever One Believes is Truth.

What One Believes is not nearly as important,

as what One does with One's Belief.

Trust Conditionally Always

Conditional Trust reveals the cruelty of others

Trust unconditionally of Self with Truth that has been tested

Close your trutst to thoat that break, open your trust that those that keep

The effort you make is the reward you receive

Beware of those that enjoy sympathy,

relying on your sympathy to ask for more

If you need ot ask for an apology,

learn the benefit of imposing sacrifices on others

Liars are most offended when you speak the Truth.

Those that disregard Truth can only mimic sincerity

To begin enjoyment of being pitied

will only end with becoming pitiful.

Truth is feared by those that avoid

challenges to their own Truth

Take shotcuts and you avoid

taking paths that have none

Those that own the truth

rarely own up to it.

Those that never work hard, hardly work out

Only saying the right thing means you disguise what you do

Approval only takes you as far as the approvers

Fakt it till you make it leads to being fake and avoiding making

Those that disregard truth can only mimic sincerity

Pride

Accept pride to teach you humility

Suffering

Avoiding all possible suffering is a guarantee to suffer from avoiding

Learn from the suffering, instead of blaming

Accept it and see who you are

Learn to settle all the passion that comes from the suffering

Insteof os suffering because no on knows, search on your own

The Mysteriy is worth the effort ot find out, and once you find self, the sufferings ceases

Find the great mystery within

Do not seek it, but when faced with it, continue to learn how to manage it

It is a Test to see if you retreat or surrender to the suffering

Once you pass you will no longer fear suffering and paths open, with fear conquered.

Fear of suffering only leads to finding shelter in avoiding

Courage is facing fear and stepping forward

You see what you fear,

Avoiding decisions weakens courage

Words only have power if you believe

Complaint lead to excuses.

Excuses eventually lead to the unforgivable.
